  2. \u00a0Birth record \/ Health card<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Mother\u2019s Zimbabwean ID, Birth Certificate and Passport<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0Father\u2019s Zimbabwean ID, Birth Certificate and Passport<\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0Marriage Certificate (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
